About Paola

Directly from the beautiful shores of Italy, Paola is a professional Pilates instructor with a rich background in human anatomy, posturology, and the biomechanics of human movement.

During her University degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science, she specialised in Pilates and wrote her thesis on the incredible benefits of physical activity and Pilates during pregnancy and postpartum. To deepen her expertise, she pursued further specialization in mat Pilates and pregnancy Pilates, spending years nurturing clients through one-on-one and group classes.


Thanks to her knowledge and experience, Paola has developed her signature method. It's all about three words: Strength, Presence and Comfort.


These are the results of Paola's Pilates workouts, which enable you to develop a profound understanding of every part of your body. You will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your muscles while being gentle on your body and mind.
